2. What data we collect

This website uses an anonymous visit counter that:

• Does not store visitors' IP addresses
• Does not set tracking cookies
• Does not share data with third parties
• Cannot identify individual visitors
• Records only the total number of visits (increments by 1 per visit)

We do not collect names, email addresses, location data or any identifying information.

3. Purpose of processing

The anonymous visit count is used solely for internal tracking of site traffic. Since no personal data is stored, individual visitors cannot be identified.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for maintaining basic traffic statistics. Since no personal data is processed, the processing falls outside the scope of GDPR with regard to identification.

5. Data recipients

We do not use third-party tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel). All data remains on our server only.

6. Retention period

The anonymous visit count is kept permanently. Since we do not store any personal data, deletion is not applicable.

7. Your rights

Since we do not collect personal data, the rights to access, rectification, erasure and withdrawal of consent are not applicable. If you have any questions about processing, you can contact us at info@majolika.com.hr or file a complaint with AZOP (Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency).

8. Cookies

This site uses only one cookie:

• PHPSESSID — a session cookie strictly necessary for the site to function (admin login). This cookie is exempt from consent requirements under Article 100(4) of the Croatian Electronic Communications Act and AZOP guidelines.

We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking.
